解剖M型超声心动图在冠心病节段性室壁运动异常检测中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨解剖M型超声心动图在冠心病节段性室壁运动异常检测中的应用价值。方法将本院冠心病心绞痛、心肌梗死患者以及健康人各30例分为心绞痛组、心肌梗死组和健康组,采用解剖M型超声对其节段性室壁运动进行检测并进行对照分析。结果心绞痛组以及心肌梗死组左室壁运动幅度明显低于健康组(P<0.05)。心肌梗死组左室壁运动幅度明显低于心绞痛组(P<0.05)。心绞痛组以及心肌梗死组左室壁增厚率明显低于健康组(P<0.05)。心肌梗死组左室壁增厚率明显低于心绞痛组(P<0.05)。结论解剖M型超声心动图在冠心病节段性室壁运动异常检测中的应用价值,值得应用。 Objective To investigate the effects of anatomy M echocardiography in detection of segmental ventricular wall motion abnormalities in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods In our hospital,the 30 cases in each group with coronary heart disease angina,myocardial infarction and healthy people were set into the angina pectoris group,the myocardial infarction group and the healthy group,and the anatomy M type ultrasound was used to detect the segmental ventricular wall motion in patients. Results The left ventricular wall motion amplitude in patients with angina pectoris and myocardial infarction group was significantly lower than that in the healthy group( P〈0. 05). The left ventricular wall motion amplitude in myocardial infarction group was significantly lower than that in the angina pectoris group( P〈0. 05). The left ventricular wall thickening rate in patients with angina pectoris and myocardial infarction group was significantly lower than that in the healthy group( P〈0.05). The left ventricular wall thickening rate in myocardial infarction group was significantly lower than that in the patients with angina pectoris( P〈0.05).Conclusions The anatomy M echocardiography in the detection of ventricular wall motion abnormalities in patients with coronary heart disease,is worthy of application.
