二维超声心动图检测非ST段抬高型心肌梗死节段室壁运动异常的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析二维超声心动图对非ST段抬高型心肌梗死节段室壁运动异常的检测价值。方法选取医院就诊的非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者55例为研究对象,分析二维超声心动图与冠状动脉造影的检查结果。结果二维超声心动图检测非ST段抬高型心肌梗死节段室壁运动异常的敏感度为52.83%、特异度为50.00%、准确率为52.73%;阳性者三支冠状动脉病变率为68.96%,高于阴性者的38.46%,且冠状动脉狭窄闭塞率(13.79%)、狭窄程度≥90%率(75.86%)均高于阴性组的(3.85%、46.15%)(P<0.05)。结论二维超声心动图检测非ST段抬高型心肌梗死节段室壁运动异常的敏感度、特异度及准确率均较低,但检测出的非ST段抬高型心肌梗死节段室壁运动异常阳性者能够推测出冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度,提供了初步的临床判断依据。
