摘要
目的探析冠心病节段性室壁运动异常(RWMA)应用心脏超声诊断的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治判断为疑似RWMA患者200例,均接受心脏超声及冠状动脉造影检查,将冠状动脉造影检查结果作为诊断金标准,评价RWMA应用心脏超声诊断的准确性及可行性。结果两种诊断方法各项异常检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),心脏超声诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为83.14%、77.27%、82.50%。结论RWMA应用心脏超声诊断结果准确度理想,费用低廉且为无创检查,患者接受度理想,可作为首选诊断模式,值得推广。
Objective To explore clinical application value of cardiac ultrasonography in diagnosing segmental wall motion abnormality(RWMA)of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 200 suspected RWMA patients were selected,all the patients underwent cardiac ultrasound and coronary angiography,and the results of coronary angiography were used as golden pathological diagnostic criteria to evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis in RWMA.Results The comparative difference in abnormal detection rate between two diagnostic methods wasn’t statistically significant(P>0.05),and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis were 83.14%,77.27%and 82.50%respectively.Conclusion The cardiac ultrasound diagnosis applied for RWMA can be used as the preferred diagnostic mode for patients and is worth of promotion thanks to its accurate and ideal diagnostic results,low cost,noninvasive examination and desired acceptance.
