摘要
苏轼的"味"文艺批评是其在文艺作品批评中运用饮食诸层面话语进行譬喻的方式,主要有三种方式:用饮食行为动词指代鉴赏过程;用食物用途强调诗文的功用;用食物风味品评作品的艺术特色。在"味"文艺批评中,苏轼强调诗文的现世道德功用,主张"枯澹"与"至味"统一的审美追求。苏轼的"味"文艺批评方式是继承六朝以来的以"味"论诗,他的审美追求是对司空图"韵外之致"、"味外之旨"的发展。宋代精致多元的饮食文化为饮食譬喻批评提供了外在基础,宋代理学的兴起为饮食譬喻批评提供内在的思维支柱。苏轼的"味"文艺批评是时代审美与人生哲学共同作用的产物,是宋代"味"批评潮流的典型。
Su Shis metaphor about diet presented in three ways: firstly, he used dietary behavior verbs to referto the appreciation process; secondly, he compared the function of poems and writings with the use of the food;thirdly, he used the descriptions of foods taste to make comments on the characteristics of artistic works. In his dietarymetaphor, Su Shi emphasized the social and moral function of writings. He advocated the prefect combinationof " seemingly dull, " and " sentiment eloquently" . Su Shi inherited dietary metaphor pattern from the criticism of "poetic flavor" in Six Dynasties. Su Shis aesthetics developed Sikong Tus famous conception of "the refinement outof rhyme" and " the spirit out of taste" . The exquisite and various food culture in Song Dynasty provided the dietarymetaphor with the extrinsic basis. The Neo - Confucianism in Song dynasty provided support of inner thinking forthe dietary metaphor. Su Shis dietary metaphor in literary criticism was the typical product of the times.
