摘要
斗茶是北宋灿烂茶文化的鼎盛标志,斗茶的盛行和普及推动了斗茶所需器皿建盏的发展.本文在对斗茶和建盏及其关系进行概述的基础上,着重从两个方面研究了斗茶文化对北宋建盏发展的影响,一是斗茶对建盏造型的影响;二是斗茶对建盏釉色的影响.通过对斗茶文化的具体需求和环节步骤的研究,论证了建盏的造型和釉色设计都是为满足斗茶需要这个基本道理,建盏作为一种饮茶器物其发展是由斗茶这种当时的品饮方式所决定的,并且建盏的发展反之也推动了斗茶文化的发展,两者交相辉映.
Tea is the tea culture of the Northern Song Dynasty heyday brilliant symbol, the prevalence and popularity of tea to promote the development of tea ware built the required.
