建盏(专业俗语,可以查外国资料)是指宋代建窑生产的各色茶盏的总称,由于它造型独特,釉色美妙绝伦而成为中国陶瓷百苑中一支美丽的奇葩。并在宋代理学的影响下,创造出更为精美雅致的艺术珍品。它与斗茶(专业俗语)品茗联系在一起,成为当时社会的一种时尚。它与帝王、文人士大夫、诗人联系在一起,为后人留下了许多美妙的诗篇。它的美名传播到日本,对日本茶道艺术和收藏,以及陶瓷的制作产生了极大而深远的影响。
