摘要
本文测定了不同浓度壳寡糖拌种后对亚麻种子萌发和种子活力的影响。结果表明:不同浓度壳寡糖拌种后对亚麻种子萌发有一定的影响,亚麻种子萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长度与活力指数、幼苗长度与活力指数随着壳寡糖浓度的升高亚麻种子萌发出现先促进后抑制的过程,不同亚麻种子对壳寡糖耐受浓度不一样,供试品种中"中亚麻2号"对壳寡糖的耐受能力低于"F11"。两种亚麻拌种浓度为0.5 g/kg^2.0 g/kg,拌种浓度高于6.0 g/kg时对亚麻种子萌发有显著抑制作用。
In this paper, effect of seed dressing with different concentration of chitosan oligosacchafide on flax seed germination and seed vigor were determined. The results showed that seed dressing with different concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide had a certain effect on flax seed germination. The germination rate, germination percentage, germination index, germination energy, vitality index of seed and seedling length and vigor index were firstly promoted and then inhibited with the increasing concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide. Different flax seeds had different tolerance concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide and the tolerance of the zhongyama NO. 2 to the chitosan was lower than that of the Fll. The seed dressing concentration of 2 kinds of flax seeds were 0. 5 g/kg -2. 0 g/kg. The flax seed germination was significantly inhibited when seed dressing concentration was over 6 g/kg.
