摘要 目的:观察异氟醚( isoflurane,Iso)对小鼠胃肠推进作用的影响。方法将36只昆明种小鼠随机分为生理盐水1 ml· kg-1(NS)组、异氟醚0.6ml· kg-1(Iso 0.6)组和异氟醚1.2 ml· kg-1(Iso 1.2)组(n=12)。各组小鼠腹腔注射NS或相应剂量的异氟醚,2 min后以0.2 ml炭末悬浊液灌胃。灌胃35 min后将小鼠处死,以幽门为起点,测量炭末悬浊液在小肠内的移动距离(小肠炭末移动距离)和小肠全长,并计算小肠推进率。结果与NS组相比,Iso0.6组、Iso1.2组小肠炭末移动距离均缩短(P<0.01),小肠推进率均降低(P<0.01)。结论异氟醚可抑制小鼠的胃肠推进运动。 Objective To investigate the effects of isoflurance on the propulsive gastrointestinal motility in mice. Methods A total of 36 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=12):a normal saline 1 ml· kg-1(NS) group, an isoflurance 0.6 ml· kg-1(Iso0.6) group and an isoflurance 12.ml· kg-1(Iso 1.2) group.Each mice was in-traperitoneally injected with NS or the corresponding amount of isoflurance before intragastrical administration of 0.2ml carbon suspension 2 min later.After intragastrical administration for 35min, the mice were sacrificed.Then, the dis-tance that the suspension was pushed in the small intestine and the total length of the small intestine were measured with the pylorus as a starting point, and the propulsion rate of the small intestine was calculated.Results Compared with the NS group, both the Iso0.6 and Iso1.2 groups showed shortened distance that the suspension was pushed in the small intes-tine (P〈0.01), and lower propulsion rates of the small intestine (P〈0.01).Conclusions Isoflurane can inhibit the propulsive gastrointestinal motility of mice.
