番茄红素对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量番茄红素对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响及M受体是否参与了这种作用。方法昆明种小鼠70只,按分层随机区组设计分为:生理盐水组,香油对照组,番茄红素20mg、40mg、60mg组,阿托品+香油组,阿托品+番茄红素60mg组,每组10只。采用炭末胶液(含12%活性炭和4%明胶)灌胃,计算灌胃30min后炭末胶液在小肠内推进距离占小肠全长的百分比(胃肠推进率)。结果①与生理盐水组相比,香油对照组小鼠胃肠推进率增强不明显(P〉0.05)。②番茄红素20mg、40mg组与香油对照组相比,小鼠胃肠道推进率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而番茄红素60mg组小鼠胃肠道推进率明显增强(P〈0.05)。③阿托品+番茄红素60mg组与香油对照组比较小鼠胃肠道推进率明显减小(P〈0.05)。结论番茄红素60mg对小鼠胃肠道推进运动有显著作用,阿托品可以阻断60mg番茄红素增强小鼠胃肠道推进运动的作用,其作用机制与M胆碱受体有关。 Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of lycopene on gastrointestinal motility in mice and whether M receptor takes part in this course. Methods 70 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 7 groups : nor- mal saline group, sesame oil group, lycopene 20 mg, 40 rag, 60 mg groups, atropine + sesame oil group and atropine + lycopene 60 mg group (n = 10 each) . During the experiment, a meal consisting of an aqueous suspension (0.3 ml) of 12% charcoal, used as a marker, and 4% gelatin mucilage was administered intragastrically. The percentage distance travelled by the charcoal meal to the total length of small intestine (from the pylorus to the caecum) was measured for gastrointestinal transit 30 min after receiving the test meal. Results (1)There was no significant increase between the normal saline group and the sesame oil group about the rate of gastrointestinal motility in mice ( P 〉 0.05 ). (2) The 20 mg, 40 mg lycopene did not significantly influence the rate of gastrointestinal motility, but 60 mg lycopene significantly increased the rate of gastrointestinal motility in mice ( P 〈 0.05 ). (3) Peritoneal injection with atropine could abolish the increase of 60 mg lycopene on the rate of gastrointestinal motility in mice ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion 60 mg lycopene can significantly promote the gastrointestinal motility in mice, and is related to M receptor.
