摘要
以某MBR城市污水处理厂为研究对象,在现状运行的基础上,通过改变供氧方式、进水方式、内循环量及生化池的运行工况,对各方案的运行效果进行全面的水质跟踪监测,并对各方案的运行能耗进行对比分析。结果显示:在MBR工艺中,缺氧环境的增加和进水方式的调整,可提高系统的脱氮效能;适当增加膜池的回流量、同时调整好氧池的运行工况,可将膜吹扫产生的溶解氧进行再利用。建议污水处理厂实际运行过程中,结合进水水质、水量的变化,调整不同运行工况,从而强化系统对污染物的去除能效,同时降低运行能耗。
Based on the analysis of different practical operations,the operation characteristics of MBR process in a sewage treatment plant were studied. The operation efficiency and energy consumption were compared under different conditions of oxygen supply mode,feed mode,internal circulation quantity and biochemical pool body. The results showed that the nitrogen removal efficiency increased by optimizing anoxic condition and feed mode and the dissolved oxygen that came from the purge of membrane could be reused by increasing the recirculation flow from the membrane tank and adjusting the operation of aerobic tank. In the practical operation of this sewage treatment plant,for intensifying the removal efficiency and reducing energy consumption of the process,the operation condition should be adjusted according to the quantity and quality of inflow water.
