摘要
通过对A2O-MBR工艺处理生活污水运行情况进行分析,研究了组合工艺对COD、NH4+-N、TN和TP的去除效果。连续3个多月运行监测表明,该工艺出水运行稳定,COD、NH4+-N去除效率较高,平均去除率分别达到90.32%和86.50%;而TN和TP去除效果较差,平均去除率仅为50.29%和45.05%。分析认为,减小好氧池曝气量,充分利用膜池携带DO可提高TN和TP的去除效果。以膜擦洗风量、膜通量及污泥回流比为变量进行正交实验,探讨其对跨膜压差的影响,确定上述优化参数分别为5 m3/支、15 L/(m2·h)和300%。
Based on the analysis of practical operation date, the removal efficiency of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP were continuously detected in 3 months. The results showed that the effluent qualities kept stable and COD and NH4+-N had excellent removal efficiency with its mean value being 90.32% and 86.50% respectively. Meanwhile, TN and TP showed poor removal efficiency with its mean value of 50.29% and 45.05% respectively. It was confirmed that it was a good measure to reduce air quantity of aeration tank and make full use of the dissolve oxygen from membrane tank. In addition, the orthogonal test L9(3)^3 was designed in terms of membrane scrubbing air volume, membrane flux and the sludge reflux ratio, and the effect of transmembrane pressure was investigated. The results showed that the optimal parameter values were 5 m^3/each, 15 L/(m2-h) and 300%, respectively.
