摘要
介绍了采用A/O+混凝工艺处理焦化废水的运行实例,并对运行结果进行了分析。结果表明,该工艺能有效去除废水中的主要污染物,在进水COD、BOD5和SS、NH3-N、酚类、油类质量浓度分别为2 976、935、310、211、715、323 mg.L-1时,对应出水质量浓度分别可达到119、21、54、21、0.4、8 mg.L-1,去除率分别可达到96%、97.8%、82.6%、90.1%、99.9%、97.5%。出水水质稳定,且出水达到了设计的排放标准。
The design and performance for coldng wastewater treatment with A/O and coagulation were expatiated in this paper. The results indicated that the removal rates could reached 96%, 97.8%, 82.6% and 90.1%, 99.9%, 97.5% respectively for COD, BOD, SS and NH3-N , phenols and oil when theinfluentconcentrationofCOD, BODs, SSandNH3-N, were2976mg·^-1, 935mg.L^-1, 310mg-L^-1 and 211mg.L^-1,715mg·L^-1, 323mg.L^-1 respectively, and the effluent concentration of COD, BOD, SS and NH3-N phenols and oil were 119 mg·L^-1, 21 mg·L^-1, 54 mg·L^-1 and 21 mg ·L^-1,0.4 mg·L^-1, mg·L^-1 respectively .The water quanlity of effluent was stable and the effluent can achieve the designed standard.
