摘要
椎间盘内胶原和水分子的减少会导致椎间盘退变,是椎间盘退变早期出现的重要病理改变,早期治疗能明显改善其预后,故早期诊断有重要意义。近年来,随着MRI技术的发展,许多新的检查序列已被临床采用,是否能有效、准确地早期发现椎间盘退变显得尤为重要。本文就目前临床应用及最新的MR功能成像技术进行综述。MR功能成像作为一种能于分子水平反应椎间盘退变的新检查方法,是早期定量诊断椎间盘退变很有前景的方法。
Reducting of collagen and water, which may ultimately 1 ead to intervertebral disc degeneration, is an importantly pathological change of most intervertebral disc degeneration. Most early treatment can significantly improve the prognosis, so early diagnosis is important. In recent years,with the development of MR technology, many new series have been used for intervertebral disc degeneration in clinical settings. An accurate assessment of the efficacy of these series is one of the important steps in early diagnosis. Functional MRI as a noninvasive examination of new methods of early diagnosis and quantitative evaluation of intervertebral disc degeneration is a promising approach.
