摘要
本文以中共十八届五中全会提出的共享发展理念为指导,以马克思"自由人的联合体"思想和安德森"命运共同体"理论为基础,探讨社会保障制度建设对当代中国国家共同体构建的重要价值。中国现行社会保障制度以单位制为基础,已不能适应当下经济社会的剧烈转型,亦无法应对互联网发展所带来的社会结构的多元化和扁平化变迁。推进社会保障制度顺利转型,不仅关乎国计民生,更关乎中国能否顺利实现经济社会转型,顺利跨越"中等收入陷阱"。结合中国国情,本文提出了符合共享发展和国家共同体理念的社会保障制度改革的具体政策建议。
Based on Xijinping＇s sharing,Marx＇s association of freemen and Anderson＇s imagined community,this paper intends to explore the significance of a social security system for the community building in modern China.The current social security system based on Danwei system is hard to adjust to the fierce social and economic transformation in China.What＇s more,pluralization and delayering of the social structure induced by the Internet,have further complicated the situation.To facilitate the transformation of the social security system smoothly will not only contribute to the well-being of the people,but also help the country avoid middle income trap.We suggest that it is now the right time to initiate a reform to promote China＇s community recognition.
