摘要
文章基于新型农村合作医疗制度全面覆盖后,新型农村合作医疗制度有待进一步完善的大背景,回顾和总结了近年来对新型农村合作医疗可持续发展问题研究的主要研究成果,为可持续发展的核心要件等各种观点进行了述评,指出了新型农村合作医疗制度可持续发展中的公平性、效率性、以人为本是可持续发展的三大核心要件。
The New Rural Cooperative Medical System needs to be further developed with its overall coverage. Under this background, achievements of research on the sustainable development of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in recent years was reviewed and summarized. Based on which, the core elements to achieve its sustainable development were put forward, which were fairness, efficiency and people-orlented.
