摘要
通过对德阳市旌阳区农村居民新农合政策知晓率的调查,分析成因,为新型农村合作医疗制度的完善提供参考意见。该次调查通过问卷形式(涉及新农合报账程序、比例及可报销内容等方面)进行入户调查,发放及回收有效问卷384份,将调查结果按调查对象的文化程度、年龄层次及收入水平等不同因子进行Cochran Armitage趋势检验进行χ2检验。结果发现:当地群众的参合率达到了94.82%,但政策的知晓率仅为34.53%,较低的知晓率将严重影响新农合政策的实施及普及。
Referrible opinion was offered through the survey and the research on the awareness rate of the new rural cooperative medical scheme in Jingyang district,Deyang city. The study adopted the door-to-door survey which involved new cooperative accounting procedures and rate on allowable content, etc. Subjects within the 384 effective questionnaires were divided by schooling,age and income level and then went through the Cochran Armitage tendency and the X2 test. The results revealed that 94.82% of attending rate and 34.53% of awareness rate among the local residents. Such low awareness rate has a strong impact on the implementation and popularization of the new rural coopera- tive medical scheme.
