摘要
建立了增压中冷四缸柴油机机体、缸盖、缸套等部件的装配耦合模型,采用仿真分析与测试相结合的方法,研究不同机械负荷对缸套径向变形与强度的影响.研究表明:缸盖螺栓预紧力、缸内爆发压力及主轴承载荷对缸套变形影响较大;缸盖螺栓预紧力对缸套主应力最大值影响较大,而轴瓦过盈装配、主轴承盖螺栓预紧力、缸内最大爆发压力、主轴承载荷及活塞侧击力对缸套的最大主应力影响较小,但缸内最大爆发压力使得所在气缸的主应力值大幅度增加.
An assembly coupled model of turbocharged inter- cooled diesel engine body,cylinder head,cylinder liner and other components is established. The cylinder liner deformation and strength of diesel engine under different mechanical loads are then studied by combining the CAE and bed test. The results show that cylinder head bolt preload,explosion pressure,and main journal bearing have greater impact on the liner deformation. The cylinder head bolt preload has greater impact on the maximum principal stress of liners. The main bearing cap bolt preload,the interference assembling of crankshaft bearing,main journal bearing and piston side pressure have little impact on the maximum principal stress,while explosion pressure dramatically increases the maximum principal stress of the cylinder.
