摘要
降低小排量汽油机的机油耗,提升其经济性和排放性能是目前发动机设计的重要任务,文章从研究缸孔变形规律的角度出发,建立了小排量汽油机缸孔变形的整体接触模型,在基于缸垫非线性属性的基础上,分析缸孔在名义螺栓预紧力作用下的缸孔变形量。结果表明,对于4缸小排量汽油机,第2缸和3缸的变形情况相似,第4缸的变形最大。采用有限元的计算方法,可以完整而准确的获得缸孔变形的全面信息,为结构的优化提供可靠的依据。
Reducing lubricating oil consuming of small displacement engine, to improve fuel economy and emission performance is the important task of engine design. From the rule of cylinder bore deformation, an integral contact model is established. Based on the nonlinear properties of gasket, the cylinder bore deformation is analyzed under the nominal cylinder head bolt pretightening. The results indicated that for the four-cylinder engine, deformation of the second and the third cylinder are similar, and deformation of the forth cylinder is the biggest. Using FEA method, information of cylinder bore deformation is obtained. And it provides the basis for structure optimization.
