下置式气缸套热机耦合数值分析与结构优化

摘要 为了分析下置式气缸套的变形特征,建立了气缸套、缸体、螺栓的参数化模型,以活塞推力侧壁厚为设计变量,采用ANSYS Workbench软件对参数化模型进行数值分析,获得了气缸套温度在轴向呈梯度分布特征,径向形变量最大位置处于气缸套活塞推力侧,活塞侧推力导致气缸套失圆变形。为了改善气缸套工作时因活塞侧推力导致的失圆变形,构建了气缸套优化模型,以气缸套活塞推力侧壁厚为优化目标,对气缸套活塞推力侧进行结构优化设计,通过对不同设计方案对比,得到结构参数对气缸套的影响规律。研究结果表明,优化后的气缸套推力侧形变减少16%,达到预期效果,有效地提升气缸套工作能力。 In order to analyze the deformation characteristics of the underlying cylinder liner,a parameterized model of the cylinder liner,cylinder block and bolts was established.The thickness of the piston thrust side wall was taken as the design variable,and ANSYS Workbench software was used to perform numerical analysis on the parameterized model.The results show that the temperature of the cylinder liner exhibits a gradient distribution in the axial direction,and the maximum radial deformation occurs at the position of the piston thrust side of the cylinder liner,where the deformation is caused by the thrust force on the piston side.In response to the problem of the roundness deformation caused by the thrust force on the piston side during the operation of the cylinder liner,an optimized model of the cylinder line was constructed.Taking the wall thickness of the piston thrust side of the cylinder liner as the optimization target,the structural optimization design of the piston thrust side of the cylinder liner is carried out.By comparing different design schemes,the influence of structural parameters on the cylinder liner has been analyzed.The results show that the deformation on the thrust side of the optimized cylinder liner was reduced by 16%,achieving the expected effect,and improving the working ability of the cylinder liner effectively.
