摘要
为了实现对一定区域金属物体的探测及定位,本设计采用电感/数字转换器作为系统的探测模块,采用超低功耗单片机MSP430F149作为系统的微处理器。金属探测模块将检测信号及时传送到信号处理单元,在对采样信号运算处理的基础上,控制器准确控制小车自主行驶,实现对金属物体的搜索及准确定位,同时进行声光提示。
In order to realize the detection and localization of metal objects in a certain area, this paper introduces a design of metal object detection loeator based on MSP430F149. The design took inductance / digital converter as the system's detection module, use ultra- low power MCU MSP430F149 as the system MCU. The metal detection module transmits the detection signal to the signal processing unit in time, on the basis of the calculation and operation of the sampling signal, the CPU control the autonomous driving of the car accurately, the system realizes the search and accurate positioning of metal objects,with sound and light tips.
