摘要 为了有效剔除矿井原煤开采和运输过程中混入的金属性碎屑物质,减少金属性碎屑物质对原煤洗选加工设备的损伤,对原煤中可能存在的金属性物质进行分类,并对现有除铁器对原煤中金属性物质剔除研究和分析,选用新型金属探测器(HY-Ⅲ),通过调试、改进,可以有效剔除现有除铁器不能去除且危害生产线设备的金属性物质,从而减少原煤中混入的金属性物质对洗选加工设备造成的损伤,降低设备故障率,减少额外的维护维修开支,提高商品煤煤质指标。 In order to effectively eliminate the metal debris materials mixed in the process of coal mining and transportation,reduce the damage of the metal debris materials to the equipment of coal washing and processing,the metal materials that may exist in the raw coal is classified,the removal of gold from raw coal by existing iron remover is studied and the new type of metal detector HY-iii is selected.Through debugging and improving,the metal substances which cannot be removed by the existing iron remover and endanger the production line equipment can be effectively eliminated So it can reduce the damage of the washing and processing equipment caused by the metal material mixed in the raw coal,reduce the equipment failure rate,reduce the extra maintenance expenses,and improve the quality index of the commercial coal.
