摘要
目的:了解同级别中医医院与同级别综合性西医医院护士总体幸福感、护士压力源差异以及护士幸福感与压力源相关性。方法:采用一般资料问卷、总体幸福感量表和中国护士工作压力源量表,对同级别中医医院和西医医院护士进行问卷调查。结果 187人纳入研究,总体幸福感中、西医院得分分别为73.64±7.184、74.55±6.267分,除"对生活的满足和兴趣"外各维度比较无统计学差异;护士工作压力源中、西医院得分分别为67.84±22.532、62.16±20.754分,除"管理及人际关系"外各维度比较无统计学差异;Pearson相关性分析显示,除了幸福感中"对情感和行为的控制"维度与压力源呈正相关,其余大多部分呈负相关。结论:同级别中医医院与西医医院护士总体幸福感、压力源无明显差异,都处于较重度压力中;中医医院护士"管理及人际关系"方面压力较同级别西医医院大,西医医院护士在"对生活的满足和兴趣"方面较同级别中医医院护士更满足。工作压力源越大,总体幸福感越低。
Objective The purpose of this article is to know about the difference of the general well-being,working pressure among clinic nurse and their correlation between the same level of comprehensive western medicine hospital and the Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital.Methods The authors use General Information Questionnaire,General Well-Being Schedule and the Chinese Nurse Work Pressure Source Scale to investigate nurses from both TCM hospital and western medicine hospital. Result A total of187 nurses are included in the study.The general well-being score in the comprehensive western medicine hospital and the Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital are 73.64±7.184 and 74.55±6.267.All the dimensionalities show no statistical differences expect the dimensionalities of＂life satisfaction and interest＂.The nurse work pressure source score in the comprehensive western medicine hospital and the Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital are 67.84±22.532 and 62.16±20.754.All the dimensionalities show no statistical differences expect the dimensionality of Management and human relations.Pearson correlation analysis shows that there is a negative correlation between the general well-being feeling and the work pressure source expect ＂the control of the emotions and behavior＂dimensionality.Conclusion There is no obvious difference in the general well-being,working pressure among clinic nurse between the same level of comprehensive western medicine hospital and the Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital. They all have heavy pressure.The nurses from the Ttraditional Chinese Medicine hospital have more serious pressure in＂management and human relations＂than those from the west hospital.The nurses from the west hospital are more satisfied in the aspect of＂of life satisfaction and interests＂compared with those from the Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital. The lower the work the pressure source,the greater the general well-being.
