摘要
该文通过实验筛选出一株发酵周期短、菌丝体产量及富硒量较高的优质菌株北冬虫夏草1,研究冬虫夏草的耐硒特征。结果表明,在摇瓶培养过程中,北冬虫夏草的耐亚硒酸钠浓度为12μg/m L时,其生物量达到12.01g/L,富硒量达到4.635μg/m L,富硒率达到385.92μg/g。研究富硒北冬虫夏草的生长过程曲线,了解到当培养时间为72h左右时,其生物量最大且此时的富硒效果最好。
The selenium- enriched Cordyceps was screened, and the mutant Cordyceps 1 was obtianded. Fermenta-tion conditions were investigated,the concentration of sodium selenite resistant 12μg/ml.Under the optimized condi-tions, the selenium content of the cells was up to 12.01g/L,Se amount was up to4.635μg/ml, selenium-riched ratewas up to 385.92μg/g. The growth curve of cordyceps shows when the incubation time was about 72 h, the biomass isthe largest and the effect of selenium- enriched is the best.
