摘要
目的观察乳腺癌组织中MTDH、IκB、NF-κB P65的表达及与其临床病理指标的相关性。方法分别采用实时荧光定量PCR及免疫组织化学法,对70例乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织行MTDH、IκB、NF-κB P65的mRNA及蛋白检测,同时分析三者与临床病理指标的相关性。结果乳腺癌组织中MTDH、NF-κB P65 mRNA及蛋白表达水平均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),乳腺癌组织中IκB mRNA及蛋白表达水平低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);MTDH、IκB、NF-κB P65的表达与乳腺癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中MTDH、IκB、NF-κB P65的表达可能参与了乳腺癌的发生发展。
Objective To observe the expression of MTDH,IκB,NF-κB P65 in the tissue of breast cancer and its correlation with clinical pathological indicators.Methods The expression of MTDH,IκB,NF-κB P65 of invasive breast cancer and peritumoral tissues were detected through real-time RT-PCR and immunohistochemical staining.Clinical and pathological significance of MTDH,IκB,NF-κB P65 were evaluated.Results The expression levels of MTDH,NF-κB P65 were higher in the breast cancer tissues than in peritumoral tissues(P〈0.05).IκB expression level was lower in the breast cancer tissues than in peritumoral tissues(P〈0.05).MTDH,IκB,NF-κB P65 expression were related to clinical TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).Conclusion MTDH,IκB,NF-κB P65 expression may be related to breast cancer development.
