早期关节腔内注射透明质酸对老年关节创伤后关节软骨细胞凋亡的影响

摘要 目的分析研究早期关节腔内注射透明质酸对老年关节创伤后关节软骨细胞凋亡的影响。方法 82例老年关节创伤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组行常规手术及抗感染治疗,观察组在此基础上进行关节腔内注射透明质酸治疗。对比观察两组患者软骨细胞凋亡率、细胞周期及增殖指数。结果观察组患者软骨细胞凋亡率为(4.11±0.67)%,低于对照组的(6.52±0.63)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组细胞周期及细胞增殖指数均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤性关节炎患者早期进行关节腔内注射透明质酸,可有效降低患者关节软骨细胞凋亡率,增加细胞增殖指数,临床疗效显著,具有一定价值,值得推广运用。
