摘要
中国茶文化有着悠久的历史。但是作为茶源国,中国茶文化的话语权却在国际交流的平台上日益失势。这种局势出现的原因部分在于茶叶名外翻过程中的混乱。从文化视角来看,这种混乱来源于两个方面:一方面源于茶叶分类范畴不通约;另一方面源于单品茶叶名外翻过程中的文化流失以及不一致性。通过对以上翻译问题的透视与解析,藉此对茶叶类别以及单品茶叶名翻译提出可行性方法。
China has a long tea culture history. As the hometown of tea,its power of discourse in international communication is declining over the time. This is partly due to the chaos in the translation of the nomenclature in tea industry. The chaos in translation derives from two factors. One is the incommensurability of the categories of tea in different cultural context. The other is the culture loss and inconsistency in the translation of certain type of tea. The paper aims to put forward some feasible suggestions as to the tea categories and nomenclatures of certain tea.
