摘要
目的探析医院摆药机药品报损的影响因素及对策。方法对该院药剂科2016年1—6月的月末盘点记录进行整理分析,通过账物不符率与药品报损率的计算,总结影响摆药机药品报损的因素,进而提出有效的解决对策。结果总结2016年1—6月的月末盘点记录可知,摆药机药品账物不符率平均为5.58%,药品报损率11.93%。分析2016年3月的月末盘点记录可知,药品报损前3位分别是芪苈强心胶囊、百令胶囊、雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊,报损率分别为2.67%、2.03%、1.77%。结论医院摆药机药品报损影响因素主要包括人为因素、机器因素、外部因素,为此,在实际工作中,必须加强人员管理、摆药机管理及药品管理,从而提高医院药学服务水平。
Objective To study the influence factors and strategies of breakage of drugs in the hospital dispensing system. Methods The counted records at the end of each month in the department of pharmacy in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were sorted out and analyzed, the account inconsistency rate and drug breakage rate were counted, and the influ-ence factors of breakage of drugs in the hospital dispensing system were summarized, and then the effective solutions were put forwards. Results The summary of counted records at the end of each month from January 2016 to June 2016 showed that the average account inconsistency rate of drugs in the dispensing system was 5.58%, the drug breakage rate was 11.93%, and the analysis of the counted records at the end of each month in March 2016 showed that the top three break-age drugs were respectively qili qiangxin capsule, cordyceps sinensis extractant and rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules, and the breakage rates were respectively 2.67%, 2.03% and 1.77%. Conclusion The main influence factors of breakage of drugs in the hospital dispensing system include the human factor, machine factor and external factor, therefore, we must en-hance the staff management, drug dispensing system management and drug management thus improving the hospital phar-macy service level.
