摘要
通过对本院近五年来临床科室用药情况进行回顾性调查、分析,探讨影响药物安全使用的主要因素,制订并实施相应的护理对策、防范措施,保障患者用药安全,提高医院合理用药水平,减少甚至是避免因给药差错等不良事件而引起的医患纠纷,进一步提升医务工作者的形象。
The clinical departments in our hospital are investigated and analyized retrospectively in recent five years, to explore the main influential factors of the safety usage of drugs,to establish corresponding nursing measures and implementing strategies,and then to ensure patients safety,improve the level of rational usage of drugs,reduce or even avoid medical disputes duing to adverse events like drug errors,and further improve the medical workers＇ profile.
