摘要
目的了解临床护士对药品说明书的使用情况,促进安全、合理用药。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对北京市某三级甲等医院218名临床护士使用药品说明书的情况进行调查。结果几乎不看和偶尔阅读药品说明书的护士占48.6%;原因包括:工作忙没时间(38.5%),对药品说明书中的内容不能完全理解(33.0%);对于说明书上的内容,护士认为不能理解的方面主要是药理毒理,占69.3%,其次是药物相互作用,占64.2%。结论护士对药品说明书使用率偏低及理解不透彻的现象普遍存在。应加强护士对药品说明书的阅读和理解,增加药物知识,达到促进临床安全和合理用药、提高健康教育水平的目的。
Objective To learn about the use of drug specifications among nurses, and thus to promote safe medication and rational use of drugs. Methods A survey about the use of drug specifications was conducted among 218 nurses from a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Beijing in the form of questionnaire-filling, Results 48% of the nurses hardly or just sometimes read drug specifications. The reasons included： engaging in work（38.5%） and inability to fully understand the content（33.0%）. The content that most nurses can not understand is pharmacology and toxicology（69.3%）, followed by drug-drug interactions（64.2%）. Conclusion Low use rate and poor understanding of drug instructions are common among nurses. Therefore, drug specifications reading and understanding should be promoted, and pharmacological knowledge increased among nurses, so as to ensure safe medication, rational use of drugs and competency for providing health education.
