摘要
近年来,中央政府相继出台了多项政策推动农村产权制度改革,在政策引导下很多省(市)都建设了市级农村产权交易所,而随着信息技术的不断发展、电子政务的不断完善,各市级交易所也在积极建设信息化平台。文章从交易对象、平台功能和参与程度三个方面对各市级信息化平台建设现状展开研究,发现各平台整体建设水平不高,交易对象虽分类较全但参与度低,平台功能基本仅限于信息发布。
For recent years, the Central Government has issued some policies to promote the system reform of rural property right. As a result, city-level exchanges of rural property right have been established and have been equipped with information platforms. However, it has been discovered that those platforms failed to normally function as a modernized facility, and thus the status of the construction of the information platforms has been analyzed from three respects to improve their function in city-level exchanges of rural property right.
