摘要
通过对我国农产品物流存在的五个方面问题以及物流发展滞后原因的分析,同时与一些发达国家的物流发展比照,借鉴其经验,提出了我国农产品以及农业绿色物流发展的措施:加强政府的宏观管理;积极研发和推广农产品绿色物流技术;加强农产品信息化平台建设;大力发展农村合作协会;促进农产品加工业的发展。
In this paper, through analyzing existing problems on five aspects of the agricultural produce logistics in China and the causes for its lagging development and by comparing it with that of some advanced countries, we proposed the measures to promote the development of the agricultural produce logistics and green agricultural logistics in China. The measures included strengthening macroscopic management by the government, actively developing and encouraging green agricultural logistics technology, accelerating development of agricultural produce IT platform, forcefully pushing forward rural cooperative associations, and promoting development of agricultural produce processing industry.
