摘要
以四川省为例进行分析,得出我国农村产权流转交易市场在体系建设与配套制度上仍存在市场定位、产权主体不明,中介机构缺乏,法律、资金贫乏,参与度不高等不足之处。提出为改善农村产权流转交易市场应理顺农村产权与市场主体、产权交易所之间的关系;完善市场体系建设;破解产权政策约束;改善治理机制。
Taking Sichuan province as an example, the rural property transfer market had several problems including the ob- seurity target and mian body of the market, the lack of money and law,the low degree of participation. It is adviced tostraighten the relationship between each member, perfect the construction of market system,break down the restraint of prop- erty and improve the management mechnism.
