摘要
应用型本科院校对"双师型"教师在认识上存在误区。建设"双师型"教师队伍要跨过认识误区,明确应用型本科院校"双师型"教师的能力与素质要求,并通过完善培训体系、搭建培训基地、推行教师进企制、提升社会服务能力、构建合理的专兼职教师队伍体制、健全用人机制等路径培养"双师型"教师。
There is some misunderstanding of double-qualified teachers in application-oriented universities have. It is essential to define the requirement of double-qualified teachers' faculty and quality in the application-oriented university. Besides, universities can cultivate double-qualified teachers by improving training system, establishing training base, implementing the access of teachers to enterprises, elevating the capacity for social service, constructing the team of staff and part-time teachers, perfecting the employment mechanism, etc.
