摘要
为了解平菇菌丝对番茄种子萌发及其苗期生长的影响,以番茄品种"合作903大红番茄"为材料,在皿内测定了平菇菌丝对番茄种子萌发的影响,在盆栽条件下测定了平菇菌丝发酵液(含菌丝)对番茄苗期生长的影响。结果表明,当平菇菌丝和番茄种子同时接种时,种子的发芽指数为89.72,而长满平菇菌丝后再撒播种子的处理中种子发芽指数为78.30;平菇菌丝发酵液处理浓度为其原液浓度的50%时对番茄苗的生长有促进作用,当其处理浓度>75%时,抑制番茄幼苗的生长。平菇菌丝对番茄种子的萌发有一定的抑制作用,发酵液在低浓度时促进番茄苗生长,高浓度下抑制其生长。
In order to understand the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus effect on germination and seedling growth of tomato, the effects of mycelium and fermentation fihrate of P. ostreatus were test on tomato seed germination rate, germination index and seedling growth with ＂Hezuo 903 big red ＂ tomato as experimental materials in CMA plates and pots. The results showed that the myeelium of P. os- treattts had some effect on tomato seed germination inhibition. The inhibitory effect was higher when the myeelium increased. Seed germination index was 89.72 when the fungus and seed were inoculated in the same time on CMA plates. The germination index was 78.30 when the seed inoculated the plates after the mycelium covered culture dish. Compared with the control group, 50% of the intial fermentation broth concentration of P. ostreatus mycelium has some growth promoting effect on tomato seedlings. But when the con- centration is more than75%, the growth of tomato seedling was inhibited. All in all, the hypha of P. ostreatus can inhibit the tomato s eed germination, and its fermentation broth can promote tomato seedling growth in low concentration but inhibit in high concentrations. This study provided certain scientific guidance on the prevention of root knot nematode of tomato by the mycelium of P. ostreatus.
