摘要
将哈茨木霉RT-12在PDA培养基发酵产物稀释10、50、100倍,以PDA培养基作对照,分别处理抗虫棉种子及其幼苗。结果表明,木霉发酵产物对供试的抗虫棉种子活力具有提高作用,表现为提高种子的活力指数、萌发率,增加根鲜重和叶绿素含量,降低种子的相对电导率,同时增加了苗期根系的谷胱甘肽还原酶活性和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性,在各处理中,以稀释50倍的发酵液作用最为显著。因此,木霉发酵产物不仅能提高种子的活力,而且还有壮苗作用。
Insect-resistant cotton seeds were pretreated with different concentrations of the metabolic product of Trichoderma harzianum "RT-12" diluted by 10,50,100 times, respectively. The results showed that the vigour indices,germination rate,root fresh weight and chlorophyll content of the cotton seed pretreated with suitable concentration increased notably, and the conductivity rate decreased compared to the control. Enzyme-activity of the dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in seedling roots increased at the same time. The pretreated with 1:50 dilution rate was the most effective among all the samples. The metabolic product not only increased vigour indices of seeds but also made seedlings stronger.
