摘要
加强公共图书馆人才队伍建设,是提升公共图书馆服务水平、增强公共图书馆发展能力的根本基础和重要支撑。本文通过对贵州省公共图书馆人才队伍建设现状进行分析比较,指出了当前贵州省公共图书馆人才队伍建设存在的主要问题,解析了问题产生的原因,并提出了转变观念、科学规划、加强培训、创新管理与完善激励等对策建议。
Strengthening the construction of talent team in public library is the basic foundation and important support to improve the service level in Public Library and enhance the ability of public library development. Through analyzing the current situation of talents construction of public libraries in Guizhou province,this paper pointed out the main problem which exists in the construction of public library and expressed countermeasures including concept changing,scientific planning,strengthen training,innovation management and incentive improving.
