摘要
结合自身工作实践,探讨了总监理工程师与监理企业发展之间的内在联系及其重要性,着重阐述了总监理工程师如何有效地进行项目监理部管理工作,提出应抓好项目监理部日常管理,强化人力资源管理,加强培训,并建立绩效考核。
Combining with the work practice, the paper explores the internal relationship between the general supervising engineer and the super- vision enterprise and its importance, illustrates how the general supervising engineer undertakes the management of the program supervision department effectively and points out the daily management of the supervision in program department should be accomplished well, the human resource management be promoted, the training be improved, and the performance appraisal be established.
