摘要
针对目前悬臂式掘进机自动化及智能化控制程度低等问题,提出了自动截割控制技术。通过建立截割头空间位置数学模型,设计了悬臂式掘进机自动控制系统,同时以可编程计算机控制器PCC模块化功能为基础完成对自动截割控制系统的程序设计。针对目前其可视化程度低的缺陷,设计了上位机监控,并与PCC进行实时通讯,以实现掘进机运行状态的实时监测。最后进行了井上井下实验,其结果证明:该控制系统运行可靠、稳定,重复精度高、无累计偏差,完成自动截割及刷帮功能后,巷道两帮无明显误差,能够很好地实现自动截割功能。
In view of the present low level of automation and intelligent control of boom roadheader,automatic cutting control technology is proposed.By establishing the mathematical model of cutting head space design of the cantilever machine automatic control system,at the same time,based on the programmable computer controller PCC modular functions to complete the program design of automatic cutting control system.Aiming at the defect of the low degree of visualization,design the PC monitoring,real-time communication with the PCC,to realize the real-time monitoring of running status of machine.Inoue underground experiment was carried out at last,the results show that the control system is stable and reliable operation,high repeat precision,no cumulative deviation,completion of automatic cutting and brush help function,no obvious error of two sides of roadway,can well realize the automatic cutting.
