摘要
在目前的就业环境中,中职学生相较高职及其他普通高校学生来说,就业竞争力相对较弱。造成这一现象的重要原因之一是职业规划教育被严重忽视。笔者对所在中职学校学生的职业规划水平进行调查分析,得知总体水平偏低,在人口变量及专业与年级变量之间,都存在显著性差异。提出开展职业价值观教育、职业环境教育和建立专门的职业规划教育部门等对策建议。
Seconary vocational school students＇employment competitiveness is relatively weak compared with the students in vocational colleges or other general colleges, which is attributed to students＇career planning education being seriously overlooked. The author makes an analysis and investigation on the career planning of the students in seconary vocational school. The result suggests low overall career planning level and significant difference between population variables and grades and specialties variables. Accordingly, the article comes up with suggestions on vocational values education, career invironment education, and establishment of special career planning education department.
