摘要
目的了解尤溪县医疗机构消毒质量现况,为预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》、GB 15982《医院消毒卫生标准》的要求,对2011-2013年尤溪县各级医疗机构消毒监测数据进行统计分析。结果共采样1 295份,总合格率为82.3%,2011-2013年合格率分别为87.8%、85.8%和76.2%,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=24.33,P〈0.01）;县级医疗机构监测合格率最高（96.6%）,小型医疗机构最低（73.4%）;室内空气总合格率最高（96.9%）,其次分别为医用液体（87.1%）和医务人员手（84.3%）,物体表面监测合格率最低（68.0%）,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=72.32,P〈0.01）。结论尤溪县医疗机构消毒质量总体一般,乡镇和小型医疗机构消毒质量还需进一步提高,应加强消毒监督监测。
Objective To know the disinfection condition of medical institutions in Youxi County,so as to provide scientific basis for preventing and control nosocomial infections. Methods The disinfection monitoring work of medical organizations was going on and monitoring data from 2011 to 2013 years was statistical analyzed according to ＂Disinfection Technology standard＂（ issued by the Ministry of Health） and＂Hospital Disinfection Health Standard＂（ GB 15982）. Results Among all the 1 295 samples,the total average eligible rate was 82. 3%. The average eligible rates were 87. 8%,85. 8% and 76. 2%,respectively in 2011- 2013,and the difference was very significant（ χ~2= 24. 33,P 〈 0. 01）. The eligible rate of county hospitals was the highest（ 96. 6%）,while the rate of small medical institutions was the lowest,being 73. 4%. The total eligible rate of indoor air was the highest（ 96. 9%）,and then were medical solution’ s（ 87. 1%） and hands of medical staffs’（ 84. 3%）,while the rate of object surface was the lowest（ 68. 0%）. The difference was very significant（ χ~2= 72. 32,P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in Youxi County was normal,especially the disinfection quality of small medical institutions needs to be further enhanced. The supervision and disinfection monitoring should be strengthened.
