摘要
[目的]了解泰安市各级医疗机构消毒工作质量及存在的问题．提高消毒效果和质量。[方法]按GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》对泰安市2006-2008年各级医疗机构的消毒效果进行检测。[结果32006～2008年合计检测843份样品，合格率为84．34％，2006-2008年合格率分别为75．71％、86．11％、91．27％，呈逐年上升的趋势，差异有统计学意义（Pd0．01）。各监测对象的合格率分别为：使用中消毒液88．51％、物体表面85．91％、医护人员手84．41％、空气66．67％，不同样品间合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。县级、乡级及个体医疗机构合格率分别为93．40％、81．63％和64．90％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]泰安市各级医疗机构消毒检测合格率呈逐年上升趋势，不同级别医疗机构中个体医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量处于较低水平，医院内部各类环境的消毒效果存在差异。
[Objective]To know the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions at various levels in Tat＇an and existing problems to improve disinfection effects and disinfection quality. [Methods]Disinfection effect was tested in medicaI institutions at different levels from 2006 to 2008 in the county based on GB 15982-1995＂ Hygienic standard of hospital disinfection＂. [Results]843 samples were tested from 2006 to 2008 ,of them, the qualified rate was 84.34 %. The qualified rate was 75.71 % ,86.11 % ,91.27 %, from 2006 to 2008 respectively. The qualified rate was going up year after year, there was a difference （ P 〈0.01）. The eligible rates of various monitoring objects were disinfectant solution in use 88.51% ,object surface85.91 % ,hands of medical and nursing staffs 84.41 %, and air 66.67 % ,There was a difference of the qualified rate in different samples （ P 〈0.01）. The average eligible rates of samples from county-level,village-level and private medical institutions were 93.40% ,81.63 % and 64.90 % respectively,There was a difference （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The quailfled rate of disinfection in medical institutions at different levels in the county was going up year after year. Supervision and examination must be strengthened. Among the medical institutions at various levels, the quality of disinfection in private medical institutions was at low level. The disinfections efficacy of various environments in hospitals was different. So administraction of disinfection of private medical institutions and the air in hospitals.
