摘要
目的了解日照市市管医院及为医院服务的洗涤机构消毒与灭菌效果情况,加强对市级医院及为其服务的医疗洗涤机构的消毒感染控制,提高医院感染管理和控制水平。方法采用现场采样和微生物检验方法,对日照市6家不同规模医院及其洗涤机构的消毒灭菌质量进行连续2年的动态监测,计算合格率,分析消毒灭菌效果。结果 2018—2019年共检测样品247份,其中合格235份,总合格率为95.14%。2018年和2019年总合格率依次为92.86%、97.04%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。医院检测合格率为96.00%与医疗洗涤机构的93.06%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2018—2019年与2013—2016年检测结果合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论日照市市管医院及其洗涤机构消毒与灭菌质量整体水平比较好,医院和医疗洗涤机构消毒质量检测合格率相当。因此医疗及相关机构应继续强化消毒工作管理,提高消毒合格率。卫生行政部门要督促医疗及相关机构建立和完善消毒规章制度,不断提高医疗及相关机构的消毒质量。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and sterilization efficacy of municipal hospitals and washing institutions serving hospitals in Rizhao,strengthen the disinfection and infection control of municipal hospitals and medical washing institutions serving them,and improve the management and control level of nosocomial infection. Methods On-the-spot sampling and microbiological examination method were used to carry out the disinfection and sterilization quality of 6 hospitals and their washing institutions in Rizhao City for 2 successive years. The qualified rate was calculated,and the disinfection and sterilization effect was analyzed. Results From 2018 to 2019,247 samples were tested,of which 235 were qualified,and the total qualified rate was 95.14%. The total qualified rates in 2018 and 2019 were 92.86%and 97.04% respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05). The qualified rate of hospital test was96.00%,and there was no significant difference compared with 93.06% in medical washing institutions(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of test results between 2018-2019 and2013-2016(P >0.05). Conclusion The overall level of disinfection and sterilization quality of Rizhao municipal hospitals and their washing institutions was relatively good,and the qualified rates of disinfection quality inspection of hospitals and medical washing institutions were the same. Therefore,medical and related institutions should continue to strengthen the management of disinfection and improve the qualified rate of disinfection. The health administrative department should urge the medical and related institutions to establish and improve disinfection rules and regulations,and continuously improve the disinfection quality of medical and related institutions.
