摘要
目的:观察病案情景模拟教学法在《护理学基础》实训教学中的应用价值。方法:选择本校2013-2014级四年制本科护理专业学生120名为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成试验组(采用病案情景模拟教学法)与对照组(采用常规教学法)各60名。采用基础护理、各种医疗仪器的使用方法与技巧、护理常规技术考核评分的结果评价病案情景模拟教学法的教学质量。结果:两组护生护理基础考核结果比较,护理病历的书写、床单位的准备、生命体征的评估与护理、注射方法、不同的给药方式与药物过敏抢救方法、无菌技术、患者的清洁护理、压疮护理、患者运送、健康教育的评分结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护生医学仪器使用技巧考核结果比较,输液泵、雾化吸入器、洗胃机、电动吸引器、氧气供氧装置的使用技巧评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护生护理常规技术考核结果比较,雾化吸入、心肺复苏、输氧、乙醇擦浴、灌肠、隔离技术、鼻饲、导尿、吸痰技术的评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用病案情景模拟教学法能显著提高护生基础护理学知识与技能的成绩,有进一步推广应用的价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of medical records and scenario simulation teaching in "Basic Nursing Science" training teaching.Method: 120 subjects were cMled from four-year undergraduate nursing students of 2013-2014 level, they randomly were divided into the experimental group ( using medical record scene and simulation teaching ) and the control group ( using conventional teaching ) for each 60 cases.The scenario simulation teaching quality of medical records were evaluated by examination score results of primary care, various instrument Using methods and techniques, routine care technical.Result: Writing of nursing records, bed preparation unit, assessment of vital signs and nursing, injection methods, different modes of administration and drug allergy rescue methods, aseptic technique, patients cleaning care, pressure ulcer care, patient transport and health education between the two groups in the examination results of fundamentals medical care, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Skills assessment rating with two groups of nursing students medical equipment in comparison infusion pumps, nebulizers, gastric lavage machine, electric aspirator, oxygen supply device were used of the score compared, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Two groups of nurses nursing assessment rating of aerosol inhalation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, oxygen, alcohol sponge bath, enema, isolation technology, feeding, catheterization, suctioning techniques in conventional care were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The scenario simulation teaching method of medical records can significantly improve basic nursing knowledge and skills of the nursing students, these achievements are worthy of further promotion applications.
