摘要
目的探讨教师标准化病人在呼吸内科护理临床教学中的应用。方法由8名教师标准化病人对30名护生进行一对一带教,第1~7周对护生进行临床教学,第8周集中考核,同时对教学质量进行评定。结果教师标准化病人教学组护生的考试成绩、护生对临床护理教学的满意度、教师对临床护理教学的满意度均明显高于传统教学组,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论呼吸内科护理临床教师标准化病人教学模式的引入,有助于提高教学质量,提升护生和教师的满意度。
Objective To explore the application of teachers standardized patients (TSP) in the clinical nursing teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods Eight TSP were used in the clinical nursing teaching of 30 students by one to one teaching. The students received seven - week clinical teaching and one - week examination. Results The results of examination,the satisfaction degrees of students and teachers with the new clinical teaching model were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaehing model (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The application of TSP in the clinical nursing teaching of respiratory medicine is helpful to improve the quality of teaching and the satisfaction of nursing students and teachers.
