摘要 染菌是透明质酸工业发酵生产中最为棘手的问题,同时也是直接影响产品质量、提取收率和成本的关键因素。提出了透明质酸发酵染菌的检测方法,从染菌时间、类型、范围三方面探讨透明质酸发酵染菌的原因,并根据实际生产经验,分别从菌种、空气、管路配置、系统死角清理、培养基灭菌、车间环境等方面明确防止发酵染菌的具体措施,得出了斜面菌种、种子罐、发酵罐不同时期染菌后的补救措施。 Bacterial-infection is one of the most serious problems in the industrial fermentation of hyaluronic acid, and also a key factor that directly affects the quality, yield and cost of hyaluronic acid. This paper proposed the detection methods for bacterial contamination during hyaluronic acid fermentation. The causes of bacterial contamination were also discussed in view of time, type and range. Based on the actual production experiences, the ways to prevent infection were ascertained from preparation of strain, air purification, ductwork deployment, systematic dead angle cleaning, medium disinfection and workshop conditions. Meanwhile, the adjustment measures were summarized in different infected period such as strain, seed pot and yeastiness.
