摘要
从发酵工业的配套装备入手,分析了由于设备原因导致的发酵染菌,并提出了预防和改进的方法。从设备方面杜绝发酵染菌的隐患。
From the auxiliary equipment used in fermentation industry, the causes of infection occurred in ferment process were analyzed. The methods of protection, which can remove the cause from equipment, were proposed.
