摘要
近年来,从应届毕业生的整体就业形势上来看,法学本科专业毕业生的就业情况一直不容乐观。如何走出法学本科专业毕业生的就业困境,这不仅值得国家层面的高度关注和深重忧虑,而且离不开法学教育工作者的认真检省与深刻反思。而走出困境的根本在于重新定位本科专业培养目标,然后辅之以创新复合型法学专业、改革专业课程设置、培养双师型教师队伍、积极创新教学方式、改变学生和家长的就业观念及重新设计就业评价机制等积极措施的多维并举。只有这样,法学本科专业毕业生就业率低的局面才能有所改观。
In recent years, in terms of the overall employment situation of fresh graduates, the employment situation of law undergraduate professional is not optimistic.How to get out of employment trap of law undergraduate professional,it is the need of not only national attention and deep concern but also law educators careful check and deep reflections.The fundamental way to solve the problem is toformulateundergraduate professional teachingobjectives, to innovate compound law professional, to reformprofessional courses, to develop double-quality teachers, to actively innovate teaching methods, to change employment concept of students and their parents,and to redesign the evaluation mechanisms on employment, and so on.Only in this way,the low law undergraduate employment rate will be improved.
