摘要
研究了α-烯酰基二硫缩烯酮与丙二酸单乙酯酰氯的成环反应,通过一步反应构建了2-吡喃酮骨架。考察了不同催化剂及用量等因素对反应的影响,并对反应的适用性进行了扩展,获得了较高的产率(80~88%),为2-吡喃酮的合成提供了新方法。
In this paper,the 2-pyrone skeleton by one-step cyclization between a-alkenoyl ketene-(5,5)-acetals and ethyl 3-chloro- 3-oxopropanoate was constructed. The effects of different catalysts and the amount of catalyst on this reaction were also studied. The experiment showed that this reaction had a good applicability of the different substrates and 2-pyrones were synthesized in high yields(80 ~88% ). The simple procedure,mild condition,easy separation and high yield made this protocol attractive for synthesis of 2-pyrones.
