摘要
研究PVC塑料建筑模板的基本力学性能,在混凝土水化热模拟试验条件下的伸缩性能及低温试验性能,结果表明PVC塑料建筑模板的比强度为55.1 N·m/kg,高出其他塑料建筑模板60%以上;平均线膨胀系数为2.4×10^(–5)/℃,与混凝土较为接近,且二者具备良好的协调变形能力。低温条件下弯曲强度、拉伸强度、冲击强度表现优异,能满足一般冬季环境的施工要求。
The basic mechanical properties of PVC building templates were studied, as well as in concrete hydration heat simulated test conditions expansion ability. The results shown that the specific strength of PVC plastic building template is 55,1N-m/kg, higher 60% than the other three plastic construction template; average linear expansion coefficient is 2.4×10-5/℃, which is closer to the concrete, and good coordination between the two deformation capacities. Under conditions of low temperature test, the bending strength, tensile strength and impact strength shown excellent, can meet the need of construction requirements in winter environment.
