摘要
当前,传统建筑模板存在制造方式落后、生产周期过长等问题,通过对新型数字化制造技术的研究,对一种数字化3D打印的制造方法,在开展了材料性能试验后,造型构件从技术和质量方面均可达到现有模板的相关要求。通过有限元仿真分析,结果表明该方法可以运用于复杂造型模板的制造,为建筑行业智能化制造提供了一定思路和解决方案。
At present,there are problems such as slowly manufacturing methods and long-term production cycle of traditional building formwork.Through the research on new digital manufacturing technology for a manufacturing method of digital 3D printing,after conducting material performance tests,modeling components can meet the relevant requirements of formwork in terms of technology and quality.Through finite element simulation,the result shows that the method can be applied to the manufacture of complex modeling formwork,which provides some ideas and solutions for the intelligent manufacturing of building industry.
